Life is to short

turning 32years old in a week and ive spent half of those years battling an eating disorder, slowly life is starting to turn around. ive managed to abstain from acting out for a week and have gained a few pounds and don't feel crippled with disgust. im trying to keep life in the day and enjoy what i have, hopefully each day i abstain will i will feel more stronger. i realised that my obsession with food and my body image was slowly getting in the way of my relationship and lots of other areas of my life.
